This is my all time favourite Showalter thing. When I went to his book reading he was asking people to yell out page numbers so well he took someone else’s request I flipped through and found the page for The Apartment to yell out next. (At this point he thought I was trying to read along and waiting for me to find the page without me knowing). He wasn’t sure if he could read it in Chapters. He could.

Wow, people are blogging my stitches on their own now :3 Geez, I feel swell!
I just bought three of these because I’m SUPER good at making financial decisions.
Also, my apartment is completely bare except for 2 pieces of Wet Hot American Summer fanart and now 3 The State themed cross stitches.I should stop all this bullshit and grow up. But I don’t wanna. I wanna dip my balls in it.
THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH!!! I woke up and I had four sales. I couldn’t believe it, I’ve had the shop for 2 days!! I can’t believe you bought three!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I will ship them out today!!

GUYS. GUYS. GUYS. KEN MARINO THINKS MY CRAFTS ARE COOL.
My friend tweeted me saying “Getting love from Ken Marino and David Wain via Twitter. You’re crying.”
Having no idea what that meant, I checked Ken Marino’s twitter. HE TWEETED A LINK TO MY ETSY SHOP AND SAID IT WAS COOL.
And then David Wain retweeted. Also, tomorrow is my birthday.
Edit: And I’d like to add that he somehow found it himself. I wasn’t going to pimp it out to State members via twitter until I had way more pieces done, haha.

Finally, my friends! I have completed my first 10 State stitches!! To celebrate, I opened an Etsy shop!! You’ll find most of these on there already, and the rest will be up soon!
